#Step 1 - Accept Invite & Migrate Projects
Your account executive has provided access to the production environment, and you should have received an email invitation. Kindly accept this invitation, allowing you to begin utilizing the Virtuoso platform. If you haven't received the invite, feel free to contact your account executive to request it. Additionally, individuals with owner access have the capability to extend invitations to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
For a seamless migration of your projects from trial to production environment, we've prepared a brief instructional video. If you encounter any queries or challenges during this process, our support team is readily available to assist you via support ticket.
#Step 2 - Register on the Training Portal
Our certification courses have been meticulously crafted, offering concise videos and concluding assessments. Begin your learning journey by exploring the platform and delving into its advanced capabilities. As a hands-on approach, we've integrated an e-commerce website to aid your comprehension of various features during your learning phase. This practical experience will empower you to confidently develop test cases tailored to your application.
To commence, simply register for a certification course and establish an account on our Learning Management System (LMS). It's important to note that this LMS account is distinct from your Virtuoso account details.
